Last Minute Halloween Budget $10 | Steampunk Sally

Steampunk has been trending for a while, so I thought you'd like a really budget friendly way to create a steampunk character for Halloween! All accessories were purchased from a local Dollarama dollar store for $10, with the exception of the contacts (which aren't necessary for the look). If you want to spend a few more dollars you can get an even more realistic cog/metal look with some craft cog wheels from Michaels/craft store.
