Daily Strength and Endurance Workout at Home
This is one of 4 parts that we do every day in Flow Training. It’s the most intense part, where we focus on building strength and endurance while we give our best to stay calm, focused, and relaxed.
The other 3 parts that are equally important for a daily workout routine that fits the needs of somebody who wants to upgrade body AND mind, are focusing on moving energy, keeping our body flexible and vital, training our mind, and letting go of negative emotions like anger, anxiety, and stress.
We train our body and mind to feel strong and zen so we have a happy and positive perception of life.
