That is just a big no no and of course the guard fights back by pointing his gun in his face and telling him to get back. The tourist looks like he’s really scared by what’s just happened.

Now I do know where this video was filmed, horse guard parade in Westminster London. This is a massive tourist attraction as they have the really fancy looking royal guards there. Now sometimes they do parades there and have loads of different queens’ guards walking along the perimeter. As you can see in the video there are hundreds of people watching the guards, but some do get in the way. The guards will show their dominance if you get in their way, as you will see in this video. The guards cannot just walk around them as its not in their protocol, you must give them enough room to get by. And if you don’t… they do it by force. A group of people are seen in the way and one guard at the front screams get back. Now naturally the people do step back. I do feel for the guard to be honest; it must be a right nuisance getting people to move out the way.

I honestly don’t have a clue why this woman was messing around like this, now this woman is an Indian British actor and she went to visit the queen’s guards. If you didn’t know you are allowed to take pictures with guards as long as you are respectful about it and don’t annoy them. This woman either didn’t know this rule or simply didn’t care about the etiquette because she randomly starts dancing next to the guard for quite a long time. I don’t know about you but that would seriously annoy me especially if I had tourists taking pictures with me all day. I must say the guard had really good patience with the woman, but after a while you can see him getting annoyed by it. When that starts happening, he stomps his foot really loudly and moves his gun to the other side of his body, showing his presence. If you do plan on taking pictures with one of these men, don’t do what this woman done.

Recorded back on new year day in 2012, these boys were next to a guard in London, as you can see there is a fence that separates them from the guard. The boys are messing around a little but not something that I would deem bad. Well… the guard must have thought different because it does annoy him. As you know the guard’s job are to protect important places and can’t take anything lightly, so maybe the guard thought someone at the fence may have been a threat… or possibly he was just bored and wanted to shout at a kid for fun. You see the guard stomp his feet and march over to the boys. a slight pause and then a big scream from the guard saying get off the fence. The boys play it off by laughing but they definitely are shaken back by it. I can tell they won’t be messing with the fence again in their lifetime.

Now we all know Buckingham palace is the heart of London and is considered a very high profiled area, so naturally it is guarded heavily. The nature of this place attracts thousands and thousands of people every day. In this video you can see a guard by his station securing the parameter when you can see his spots possibly a threat in the distance to where the cameraman is filming. He repeatedly shouts to the group telling them to get down from the fence. You have to realise the guard has been told to do one job and to guard somewhere and just because someone is playing around on the fence does not mean the guard will see it as a joke. The guard can be seen losing his patience and finally snaps. So clearly someone wasn’t listening to the royal guard, which is just so disrespectful. After a certain time the guard moves his gun to the other side of his body and then brings it down into his arms and points his gun in the direction of the camera showing that the guard will do something If they continue to not listen to him.
