STRUCTURE software is powerful software use for the identification of distinct populations in groups, Assigning individuals to populations, studying hybrid zones, Identifying the migrants' population, Admixed individuals, and estimating population allele frequencies, etc.
It is based on the Monte Carlo Markov Chain replicates (MCMC) model.

The structure commonly use of genetic markers, SNPs Markers, SSR-microsatellites, RFLPs and
AFLPs
