Genomic admixture | Introduction to genomics theory | Genomics101 (beginner-friendly)

We continue the beginner-friendly lecture series introducing basic concepts in #genomics, with a focus on single nucleotide polymorphism (#SNP) data. Here we talk about genomic admixture (as a genomic consequence in crossbreeding between populations), its definition, genomic background, interpretation, and some of the practical considerations, including the concept of ancestry informative SNPs.
