Bake temperature: 350 Degrees
Bake time: 25-30 Minutes

Frying temperature: 375
Frying time: 3 1/2 Minutes

Dough Ingredients
3 Cups of Ap Flour
1/2 Cup Cold water + 2 Tablespoons extra
1/2 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Paprika
1/4 Cup Butter Shortening
1/4 Cup Butter
1 Egg
Pinch of Tumeric (Optional)
1 Egg for egg wash

Filling Ingredients
2 Cups Shredded Turkey
2 Celery Stalks Finely Chopped
1 Small Onion Finely Chopped
1-2 Tablespoons butter
1 Teaspoon Chicken Boullion
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Turkey Gravy
2-3 Cups of Turkey broth or Chicken Broth
2 Tablespoons Ap Flour
2 Tablespoons Butter

For a thicker gravy
1 Tablespoon Corn Starch
2 Tablespoons Cold water
