In this video, I ventured into the countryside and plucked groundnuts from my aunt’s field to make peanut cheese, the prized snack for Chinese grand ladies.

As it turns out, with the advent of the blender, everyone can easily make the delicacy exclusive to royals.

How to make peanut cheese:
- Ingredients: Peanut 50g, glutinous rice 20g, water 250ml, and crystal sugar
- How to:
1. Soak peanut and glutinous rice in water. And peel the peanut skin.
2. Dump them in a blender and set it in motion.

🥜🥜花生酪教程：
一碗花生酪只需要簡單的幾種食材:
花生50g、糯米20g、水250ml、冰糖適量
①先將花生和糯米浸泡一下，去掉花生外衣
②把所有食材一併倒進破壁機中，一鍵開啟米糊模式就可以啦
