HIGH TIDE WHAT COULD GO WRONG

ALL THESE VEHICLES HIT THE BEACH RIGHT AT THE TOP OF HIGH TIDE . We have a high and low tide approx. every 6 hours . Tide charts can be found on any smart phone .
If your driving a 2 wheel drive you should always check the tide before hitting the beach . The best time to drive on our beaches are 45 minutes after high tide . You want to drive in the upper hard wet sand . you can enjoy about 8 hours of decent beach to drive on . You should attempt to stay near the approach you came off of . If you do not know the beach very well it is a good idea to stay within a mile or two of the approach . You should make plans to leave the beach at least an hour before high tide . This should give you plenty of time to get to the approach .
