■ Hurricane Swiss Roll Recipe | (28X28cm Square Pan)
Hot Water 20ml
Cocoa Powder 10g | 4Tsps
Egg 5pcs (60g/pc)
Milk 60ml
Corn Oil 60g | 1/4Cup
Cake Flour 70g | 1/2Cup
Caster Sugar 75g | 1/3Cup
Vinegar/Lemon Juice 5g | 1Tsp
※ Preheated Oven: 170℃ | 340°F for 25mins
■ Storage and Shelf-life:
Store in an airtight container. It can last in fridge for 3-4 days
■ Tips:
Roll the cake while it’s still warm to prevent the cake crack.

蛋糕最好当天吃完。收进密封容器。冷藏可保存3-4天

卷的时候要趁着有余温的时候,凉透了再卷容易开裂
