■ Tiramisu Cookies Recipe | 20 cookies (30g each).

※ Cookie Dough:
1. Unsalted Butter (softened) 168g | 3/4Cup
2. Icing Sugar 75g | 3/4Cup
3. Egg 70g
4. Cake Flour 265g | 2Cups
5. Cocoa Powder 25g | 3.5Tbsps

※ Preheated Oven: 170℃ | 340°F for 15mins

※ Tiramisu Cream:
1. Cream Cheese (softened) 120g | 1/2Cup
2. Caster Sugar 18g | 1.5Tbsps
3. Whipping Cream 60g | 4.5Tbsps
4. Coffee 2.5g | 1 Tsp
5. Hot Water 1Tsp

■ Storage and Shelf-life
Store in an airtight container. It can last in fridge for 3-4 days

■ Tips
Deeper indent = Bigger pool of #tiramisu #cream
The indents will have puffed up. Once out of the oven, immediately reshape the indentation of each cookie. They are soft right out of the oven and will harden as they cool.

※ 曲奇面团：
1. 无盐黄油 （室温） 168克 | ¾杯
2. 糖分 75克 | ¾杯
3. 鸡蛋 70克
4. 低筋面粉 265克 | 2杯
5. 可可粉 25克 | 3.5汤匙

※ 预热烤箱: 170C | 340F for 15分钟

※ 提拉米苏奶油 :
1. 奶油奶酪 （室温） 120克 | ½杯
2. 细砂糖 18克 | 1.5汤匙
3. 淡奶油 60克 | 4.5汤匙
4. 即溶咖啡粉 2.5克 | 1 茶匙
5. 热水 1茶匙

■ 保存方法：
曲奇最好当天吃完。收进密封容器。冷藏可保存3-4天

■ 小贴士：
曲奇刚烤好，用勺子再压一压中间 就可以装更多奶油了。一定要在曲奇还温热的时候按压，冷却后曲奇就定型了
