If you are recording videos using a Sony APS-C camera (a6000, a6100, a6300,a6400, a6500, or a6600) these are a couple of the best lenses you can use. The Sigma lenses with f1.4 aperture come in 16mm, 30mm, and 56mm. This combination of 3 lenses costs less than the Sony 16-55mm f2.8 lens. The Sigma lenses perform better in low light and have more background blur or bokeh given the wider aperture of f1.4, but the Sony zoom lens is great in its own right and gives you more flexibility to quickly change up the shot without having to swap lenses and a fairly open aperture of f2.8.
