Keto Fathead Pizza Dough
Thought about exploring the Keto way of eating, no sugar, no bread, no carbs, no fun. Well, how about pizza? Here we have a great kept friendly dough that gives you back some of the foods you have been missing. This dough is very useful, use it inlace of many other items that would normally use bread.

Ingredients

10oz Mozzarella Cheese
5oz Almond Flour
1 Egg
1tsp Baking Powder
Toppings as desired (ouR choices)
Rao’s Pasta Sauce
Fresh Mozzarella
Fresh Basil

Directions
+++++++++
Preheat oven to 400*F
1) In 2 separate bowls, measure out the mozzarella cheese and the almond flour
2) Heat the mozzarella in a microwave for 30 seconds, stir, heat again for 30 seconds, stir until completely melted
3) Combine the almond flour and baking powder and set aside
4) Add the melted cheese, and the egg to the dough mixer (or mix by hand), mix on low speed for 1 minute
5) Add the dry ingredients and mix until completely combined
6) Remove dough, place on an almond flour dusted counter and knead until just starts to shine
7) Roll out to desired shape and dock the dough with a fork
8) Prebake the dough for 10-12 minutes (until just starting to brown)
9) Top the pizza as normal and bake again for another 10-12 minutes (400*F)
10) Let cool slightly and enjoy
