Instant Pot vs Slow Cooker - The Freezer Meal Battle

Today we have our first cook off. Instant Pot vs Slow Cooker Battle. We made a couple of freezer meals a week ago and wanted to see who could do it better. If you missed last weeks episode the ingredients are below.

Ingredients

Chicken Teriyaki
1.5lbs. Boneless Skinless chicken breasts
1 12oz. bag of carrots (Sliced or diced, your preference)
1/2 red onion chopped (diced)
1 10oz. can crushed pineapple
1 10oz. can cubed pineapple
2-3 garlic cloves (1tsp jarred garlic)
1 cup Teriyaki sauce

Directions

1. Place ingredients in a zip top freezer bag
2. Mix thoroughly
3. Freeze until ready to use
4. Defrost in refrigerator before use (overnight in fridge is sufficient)
5. Put contents in pressure cooker or slow cooker
⁃ If pressure cooker: High pressure for 25 minutes with quick release
⁃ if slow cooker: Low temp for 6-8hrs
6. Serve over rice
