Dawn Dish Washing Liquid for Controlling Fire Ants Follow Up
This is a follow up experiment to my video, "Dawn Dish Washing Liquid for Controlling Fire Ants". In this video I simply rake a fire ant mound flattened by a Bush Hog then saturate it with a concentrated solution of Dawn Ultra in water. We dig into the mound five days later and find no fire ants. In this case the bush hogging is not necessary. The main factor is assuring that a concentrated, not dilute, solution of Dawn Ultra saturates the entire fire ant mound.
