🎥 Day 3 Post-Car Accident | Arm Immobilized, But I'm Still in the Gym

It’s only been 3 days since I got hit by the car — my left arm is immobilised, but that doesn’t mean the work stops.
Today I’m focusing on what still works: legs, mindset, and momentum.

Treadmill Incline walk for warmup
Leg extension
Leg Abduction
Leg Press

Pretty much hit all my Leg muscles.

Injuries can slow you down, but they don't have to stop your purpose. This is my journey back, one step, one rep at a time. 💪
