Cable Pulldown (Neutral) | Strength & Conditioning Exercise Library

With a neutral grip attached to an overhead cable, pull the attachment to the upper chest. Squeeze the shoulder blades together and keep the elbows close to the side of the body during the pulling phase of the exercise. Lower the weight under control back to the starting position and repeat.
