Many people like to sleep in a cozy tent under the sound of rain. It is really energizing and uplifting, as well as helping to sleep or relax. The best rest is rest in the bosom of nature. But for outdoor recreation you need a cozy tent to spend time comfortably. The tent will keep us warm when it's cold outside and protect us from rain or snow if the weather turns bad. While we are in the tent, the sounds of rain acquire a certain peculiarity and become even more pleasant for our perception. Why it happens? Why do we like this sound of drops falling on the tent? It's simple, we feel protected because it is raining outside and we are in shelter, warm and comfortable, we feel comfortable at heart. The relaxing sounds of nature have a positive effect on our mood and well-being.

Such a calm and cozy atmosphere of the tent helps us to relax and sleep. Also, the sound of rain helps not only in sleep, but also during meditation and study. But it is not always possible to go out into nature and set up a cozy tent city; we do not always have the time and the right moment for this. But we need to rest regularly, because working days bring us stress and tension, make us nervous. It is for this reason that we often cannot sleep, and we suffer from insomnia.
