The bouzouki is like the guitar of Greece and its origins is from the Turkish baglama and other ancient instruments. It was brought to Greece by Turkish immigrants and today is the most iconic instrument of all Greek music genres.

Panagiotis Stergiou was raised in Germany up until he was 14 years old.
Since his family came back to Greece he lives in Athens and runs a successful career as a composer and a bouzouki player.
His talent brought him to collaborate with many of the most prominent musicians in Greece. Some of his great songs are:
