Chocolate Bonbons
Ingredients
Chocolate melted as required
Ingredients For filling
Caramelized milk as required
Ganache as required
Caramel as required
Nuts as required
Chocolate candy mould me chocolate ka shell banaen filling kren chocolate se shell band kren thanda kren or nikal len.
Chocolate Garnishing :
Ingredients
Chocolate 200gm
Oil 20gm
Method:
Mix oil and chocolate spread on the table now cut with scraper and decorate.
Coffee Cake
Ingredients for sponge
Sugar 125gm
Butter 125gm
Flour 125gm
Baking powder 5gm
Coffee 1gm
Ingredients for frosting
Sugar 500gm
Liquid glucose 40gm
Water 130ml
Coffee mix 4gm
Clarified Butter 300gm
Method for frosting
For frosting heat butter and clarified butter and set aside. Now boil sugar, water and glucose and remove, now mix coffee and butter mixture and whisk this batter now remove and keep aside for 7 to 8 hours.
Method
For sponge beat sugar and butter, now add eggs one by one, now add baking powder and flour add coffee and pour this batter in round pan, bake for 30 min on 160 degree oven, lastly frosting and serve.
