Pano Magluto ng Spanish Style Sardines sa Dubai, Home made Sardines, easy to follow recipe
Spanish Style Sardines in Olive Oil, with black Olives
Engridients:
1 kilo of sardine, head and tail removed
350 ml ollive oil
150 ml corn oil
200 ml water
50 ml fish sauce
pepper corns
2 medium carrots
5 to 6 pcs of chillies ( adjust to your taste)
1 cup black olives
2 bulbs garlic
1 medium onion
1 tbsp salt
pinch of msg, optional
The above recipe is done with Silit Pressure Cooker, cooked in a low fire for more or less than 45 minutes, the result was so amazing and I am sure you will love it. With the fish meat so tender plus the edible and soft fish bones.
Do not use pure virgin olive oil because it has low boiling point and it will result to burnt result. always combine your olive oil with corn or canola oil.
