The Most MOIST Banana Bread Recipe
Hi everyone in today's video I will be showing you how to make easy simple moist delicious banana bread! This is my favorite recipe for using up overripe bananas! Banana bread is a great staple recipe to have since it melts in your mouth and is so versatile with what you can add to it chocolate chips, raisins, nuts, etc.
Recipe:
1/2 cup (250g) butter
1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ tsp. Vanilla
2 cups (500g) of mashed banana (usually 3 or 4 full size bananas)
2 cups flour- can use 1 cup whole wheat & 1 cup all purpose
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
¾ cups (100g) chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts are optional
Instructions:
Start off by preheating your oven to 350℉ and grease your loaf pan with nonstick spray or rubbed on oil. In a separate bowl you're going to mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. IT’S IMPORTANT TO KEEP DRY AND WET INGREDIENTS SEPARATE! In a stand mixer take your butter and cream on medium- high for 2 minutes, then add in sugar to mix in and scrape down the edges. Next add eggs one at a time until combined, then beat in mashed banana, vanilla, and milk. Scoop the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. Check the loaf using a knife or toothpick; if it comes out clean remove from the oven, if not give it a few more minutes then check again. Once out of the oven let the banana bread completely cool down in the pan before removing it. After its cool cut, put some butter on and enjoy the deliciousness!
