Since pretty much every comment on this video says the same thing, I'll lay the facts out right here.

This song was released in 2012. That means this song was not in Earthbound, which came out in 1994. It's not in the Halloween-Hack either. Although the hack did have 'Megalovania' in it, the hack was released in 2008.

This song predates Undertale, since that game released in 2015. This song is not anywhere in Undertale, or in any of the game's files. 'Megalo-Strike Back' may have been created as a personal sequel to 'Megalovania'. It's only official release was in "I Miss You," which is an album of songs created by Earthbound Fans.

...And the album cover is the window from Ness's house in EarthBound, with the text 'I Miss You' repeating behind it.
