Copilot+ PC comes to Asus devices as well. Will your Privacy be at stake?

Microsoft has recently presented their new Windows 11 version that has Copilot+ pre-built in on the new devices that ships with it.
This is their new AI feature that is said to revolutionize the way Operating Systems work and this was discussed during AMD's presentation as well but was not limited to that only.

A few hours ago Asus had their presentation of their new devices durint Computex 2024 and during this event they talked extensively abount Copilot+ PC that will be shipped with their new devices / Laptops.
How would this affect your privacy and security on the new Windows OS versions coming with Copilot+ pre-installed ?
How would the "Recall" feature affect you ?
Isn't this another extra point to switch from Windows to Linux?
