This is how you resolve the BSOD caused by VirtualBox 7.0.16
VirtualBox 7.0.16 causes BSOD because of the file/driver file VBoxNetLwf.sys which is used by the VirtualBox to allow your Virtual Servers to use the virtual NICs in order to use the Network features.

Faulty driver after update to VBOX 7.0.16: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\VBoxNetLwf.sys
