Adelaide Marcus's art (http://www.ArtByAdelaide.com) continually emphasizes the importance of Vision and using the imagination. This piece titled " Third Eye Open" expresses the power we can generated when we can see clearly. The subject in this painting is Adelaide herself. She was inspired by a snapshot taken out of a "Conscious collaboration" video she co created in which she danced under a rainbow that naturally appeared. This is Adelaide's first experiment at using a reference photo to create create a realistic looking women, Yet Adelaide still allowed the paints to take her in what ever direction flowed best.
