The people of Ukraine need our help now! A friend of mine heard this performance of "When Words Fail..." on StageIt, and was so moved by what he characterized as the "heroic" spirit of the piece that he encouraged me to post it on the Web as a gesture of solidarity. I'd like to go a little further than that, and take this opportunity to ask you all to please give anything you can to help the people of Ukraine. They need more than our prayers and wishes.

I've chosen the charitable organization Heart to Heart International, which has established a fund for humanitarian relief in Ukraine, and set a fundraising goal of $25,000, of which I will match, dollar for dollar, the first $12,500 of contributions.
