Blackened Salmon | Seafood Jambalaya

Blackened Salmon | Seafood Jambalaya - This is a dish that I normally have Blackened Catfish on top but I've since discovered that you can use Mahi Mahi (blackened) or Balckened Salmon pairs perfect over Shrimp and Sausage Jambalaya. I used Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix to start it off. fellow the instructions on the back. I added Shrimp and Sausage to the Jambalaya to add to even more flavor. You can add Chicken as well.

Ingriedients:
1 Box of Zatarain's jambalaya Mix (follow instructions)
1 lb of Shrimp (you pick the size)
1 Hickory Smoked Sausage
Salmon Fillets
Old Bay Blackened Seasoning - coat completely
Phillips Blackened Seasoning - coat completely
Kosher Salt to taste
Fresh Ground Pepper
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Chili Flakes
Pich of Smoked Paprika
