Hello my angels! today's video is all about healing and starting a starting a healing journey so that you can be freed from the past and past pain. In this video I go into 4 simple steps you can take to begin to heal old wounds from heartbreak, tragedy, or maybe times in your life you disappointed yourself. If we look back, we all have things in our pasts that we're not happy with and we need to heal from. If we don't these feelings and broken parts of ourselves can negatively affect other areas of our lives and relationships. Admit that it hurt so you can learn from it. Seek the help you need and take all the time you need. Healing is not linear, it takes time, love, compassion, and patience. Allowing yourself to heal is essential in practicing self love towards yourself, as well as practicing forgiveness.
