** So this is a song that I first heard when I went to Philmont, one of the big scout camps in New Mexico. They played it there and I really liked it. It was stuck in my head for a while and I had no idea what the name of the song was. This was about 9 years ago before I really started to listen to/like country. It's now Rodeo season in Houston, and I wanted to do a country song for the season. This is one of the few songs that I liked before I started to expand my musical horizons with country. My girlfriend really likes country music, so this is one of my go to songs (she's probably sick of it by now though) for when I get to pick the music.

At the Interlude, the bass is really soft. Live, there is no bass playing there, so it sounds like it could be a guitar lightly playing. If someone were to cover this live, I'd imagine they would drop out at 102 and come in at 109

This video, you can hear the bass drop out, and see for a split second in that section that the bassist isn't plucking anything.

They drop out in these videos. I'm looking at videos closer to when the song was released. They tend to play closer to the studio version when the song is released, as opposed to 7 years later.
