DECRIPTION:
The P40 is an Apple Watch style device with Bluetooth tethered calling to your phone. As an overall sports watch, it offers basic running, walking, cycling and other activity tracking (no GPS in the watch and data is not retained on the watch or transferred to the app), as well as health monitoring for heart rate, blood pressure and blood oxygen (based on green diode readings, not red).

The watch handles the basic functions plus health readings for heart rate and blood pressure. It also supports Bluetooth calling and remote music playing of songs on the phone through the watch, though the speaker volume is low to moderate.
