DESCRIPTION
The Kospet Magic 2 is a sport’s watch’s sports watch in that it offers some 30 different activities you can measure. Common activities like running, walking and cycling are covered, along with some new ones like Pilates, Dumbell and even Triathlon. One drawback to this extensive list of activities is how they are implemented, and, sad to say, this appears to be the next gimmick in fitness watches. You see, no matter what activity you choose the watch measures two things and two things only, time and calories burned. Yep, even in walking and running, there’s no step count, distance traveled, pace, heart rate, or any other measurements besides time and calories burned.

Other than this rather obvious shortcoming, it’s a typical smartwatch. The 1.3 inch screen appears really small in the large body with a wide bezel, but it does make the watch appear larger on the arm, otherwise it would look like a small ladies’ watch. The 360X360 Ultra High Resolution does look good though, and 30 days of standby time with 7 to 10 days active use is nice. With 12 different watch faces, it will look good as a watch. It ships with an extra colorful band, so choose yours when you order.
