What happens when we combine the flags of all countries?

Using the official flags of all 193 UN member states, each centered in a 2000x1500 pixel box, I averaged their RGB values for every pixel to reveal what the average flag looks like. The contrast of the final image was enhanced to make the details more visible.

Then, I repeated the process for all six continents, as well as a few sub-regions.
