Halawet El Jibn | Delicate Rolled Cheese Dessert

Welcome back! Today we're making a rolled sweet cheese dessert called Halawet el Jibn. Melted cheese and fine semolina with the perfect amount of sweetness and no need for extra syrup. Two main ingredients you DO NOT want to leave out: mastic and orange blossom water. If you don't have these in your pantry, you can easily find them online.
