Nescafe Cake : No-Bake Arab Tiramisu

You will need:
1/2 cup of slivered almonds (pecans or walnuts would taste great too!)
1/3 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons water
1 pint heavy cream
4 Tablespoons instant coffee, separated into two 2-Tablespoon portions
14 oz can condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla *optional
Graham crackers or tea biscuits (about 2 sleeves)
1.5 cups Boiling water
