LILLEY: Are a free people or serfs?

Free people give consent to the government before the government takes something from them. Serfs have to live at the whim of their rulers.
With Statistics Canada threatening to seize the personal and detailed banking records of 500,000 Canadians per year without their knowledge or consent, we are about to become serfs.
Justin Trudeau backs this up.
He supports it and is acting like a dismissive king.
