Open water swimming tips and trick!

In this video, we explore open water swimming in the beautiful surroundings of Playitas resort in Fuerteventura, Spain. I share an easy recovery swim with my friend, professional triathlete, Imogen Simmonds.
For me, coming from a no swimming background swimming is a project that always will be "work in progress". I share some experiences with how it was to start the sport as a breaststroker coming out last of the water in a triathlon - to being a front pack swimmer at the highest level eventually earning an olympic medal.
In the second part of the video I'll be giving YOU some of the best tips and tricks I've learned along my career, in hopes to help you improve your swim as well.
