Today I am sharing a really delicious air fryer lamb kofta recipe, which is super quick and easy to make.. I hope you enjoy this recipe and thank you as always for watching :)

KOFTA RECIPE:

500g lamb mince
1 small onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced or 1tsp garlic salt
2 tsp parsley, finely chopped or dried
3 heaps tsp mint sauce
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Pepper to taste
Lemon

Air fry on 190C for 7 minutes
