WHAT I EAT IN A DAY AFTER HOLIDAY | NEEDING A EATING RESET | Kerry Whelpdale

Today I am sharing a typical day post holiday and what I eat. I ate a whole load of crisps and buffet food whilst away so I really did need a reset and to get some health back in me!! I hope you enjoy this video and thank you as always for watching :)

Breakfast:
2tbsp greek yoghurt, 30g granola, fresh or frozen fruit, honey

Lunch:
mixed salad leaves, parma ham, 1/2 burrata, salad topper, salt & pepper, extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar.

Dinner:
300g basmati rice, 1 sliced lemon, 4 coffee fillets, 1 white onion, 150ml water, 200g soft cheese, 2tsp dijon mustard, 2tsp parsley, salt & pepper, extra lemon juice for serving
