ULTIMATE Homemade Sweet Potato Casserole

This classic sweet potato casserole is the perfect side dish for your Thanksgiving dinner! (or even as a dessert!) To be honest, I make it year round because, why not? And if you're really up for it, add some marshmallows on top!

📌INGREDIENTS:
◾️4-5 medium sweet potatoes
◾️1/2 cup sugar
◾️2 eggs
◾️1 tsp vanilla
◾️1/4 cup whole milk (2% works as well)
◾️4 tbsp unsalted butter
Topping:
◾️1/3 cup brown sugar
◾️2 tbsp cold butter
◾️2 tbsp flour
◾️1/2 cup pecans, chopped roughly
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 min
