Chicken and Kale Soup

This delicious chicken stew/soup is a super easy, one-pot meal that can be used for meal prep or even frozen. You can always substitute the kale for other greens and the white rice for brown. It's been my go-to dinner for trying to shed this baby weight 🙈

📌INGREDIENTS:
◾️2 tbsp olive oil
◾️1 small onion, diced
◾️2 chicken breasts, cubed
◾️2 large carrots, chopped
◾️2 garlic cloves, minced
◾️1/2 tsp salt
◾️1 tsp garlic powder
◾️1/2 tsp paprika
◾️1/4 tsp pepper
◾️8oz bag chopped fresh kale
◾️1 cup rice
◾️4 cups chicken broth
◾️4 cups water
◾️2 chicken bouillon cubes
