This summer hasn't been at hot as previous summers (not that I'm complaining), but when i think of summer, i think... ice-cream. Even if i can't have THAT much of it. And in this video, we check out a couple places in Sydney that does a pretty delicious ice cream.

Now i know there are HEAPS of places that does really good ice-cream, but we can't fit that all in a video can we? if you like this enough, we'll do a part 2.

The first place we visit is a place in Sydney that serves traditional Turkish Ice cream. he consistency of the ice cream is incredibly thick, and you really do need to chew it. They make their ice cream fresh every day and serve their fresh ice cream from a long metal stick inside of a deep bucket. Because of how thick this ice cream is, sometimes the vendors will play games with you when you buy the ice cream. (i experienced this once in Japan and looked pretty silly on the streets in public... but then again what's new)

The second place i went to is a food truck in sydney that serves Fried Ice Cream. Because it's fried in dough it's definitely substantial. But they also serve tubs of icecream you can buy if you dont feel like eating there (or if you're pretty full and can't finish the entire thing after dinner)
