How to Make Salmon Salad - Maximize Your Kitchen

Maximize your kitchen with this Salmon Salad loaded with healthy herbs and veggies. Wild-caught salmon pan fried and loaded with healthy herbs and veggies is always a great lunch. Health Tip: Salmon is one of the most easily digestible forms of protein.

Ingredients:
1 fillet wild-caught salmon
½ tbsp. coconut oil
1 handful spinach
¼ red onion, chopped
¼-½ lemon juice
Fresh dill, to taste
Fresh chives, to taste
Fresh tarragon, to taste
Fresh basil, to taste
Fresh parsley, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
1. Cook salmon in skillet with coconut oil on medium-high heat for four to five minutes on each side.
2. Chop cooked salmon and set aside.
3. Prepare salad with spinach, avocado, onion, lemon, and herbs.
4. Top salad with salmon and drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5. Serve and enjoy!
