My First Balloon Table Runner | Mini Balloon Garland Table Decorations

I’ve been seeing table runners made out of balloons lately. So I wanted to give it a try. I’m so glad I did because I loved how this came out!

I ended up using 106 balloons in total (all 5-inch balloons). I used 46 of the midnight pearl and 60 of the light blue.
