Feather Balloon Column For Weddings, Birthdays, and Corporate Events | Tutorial

These balloon columns are so much fun and they go with so many event themes! You can use them at:
- a Masquerade Ball
- a Mardi Gras Party
- a Roaring 20's/Great Gatsby Birthday Party
- a Flamingo Baby Shower
- an Elegant Wedding Reception

I used feathers that were 15-20 inches long. For an extra "wow" effect, use feathers that are longer than that.
