Winter Wonderland Balloon Column without Stand | How To | DIY Balloon Tutorial

Very easy and simple Winter Wonderland Theme Balloon Column with pearl white and carribean blue colors with a snowflake foil balloons. Here are the list of supplies I used for both towers :

* 12'' Pearl White latex balloons (32 pcs.)
* 12'' Carribean Blue latex balloons (32 pcs)
* 2 pcs. Jumbo Snowflake foil balloon

* Electric pump or hand pump
* Curling Ribbon or Knitting Yarn
