Hey guys

welcome back to another episode of Dre cooks. in the kitchen today cheffing up some traditional brown stew chicken without the use of browning. Traditionally done this way for decades on decades, growing up in the hills of Jamaica this was and is still my favourite way to have chicken because we could have a lot of gravy to eat our hard food such as yam ,bananas and dasheen with dumplings. I would break the food down and mix it in the gravy then eat so much. It was absolutely delicious and today here I am sharing the traditional recipe with u all.
