Shadow Work: What is it and why is it SO important?

Shadow work has been the most transformative method of healing I have ever witnessed, not only within myself, but in others I help as well. Once we acknowledge these parts of ourselves that are either blocking us from what we want or are parts of ourselves that we don't like and try to avoid, these shadows begin to unravel. As this happens, you begin to see your true self shine through again - aligning you more with your higher purpose.
