So many of us are struggling with our mental health right now, so I’m showing you how I have been coping and dealing with anxiety during quarantine in the hopes that it can maybe help some of you, or at the very least, remind you that you are not alone in your emotions. In fact, most of the world is probably feeling some variation of what you’re feeling, so it’s the perfect time to practice kindness, to others AND yourself. In this video, I show you how I am dealing with anxiety in Quarantine by taking you through my entire day, showing you what I am doing to feel good and tools I'm using to help with my anxiety during quarantine.
