Michelle Anderson of Clarinet Mentors (www.clarinetiseasy.com) provides you with a lesson on how you can train your fingers to move more easily between the high register and the low register. You can download the accompanying handout at: http://www.clarinetmentors.com/resources/FingerWorkout.pdf. At around 8'06" there are some finger patterns from the handout. At 10'03" line 4 is demonstrated. Line 5a begins at 11'33" and at 13'24" you will find the A-B interval work.
