Craftsman 12x36 Lathe CNC Conversion - Update

This is the update video for my conversion of an old Craftsman lathe into CNC control. I have converted it in a non-destructive way. No drilled holes, no modifications to the lathe at all. Every part was designed as "bolt-on" part. It has taken a while and I have shot a lot of video and taken many pics along the way ... but I haven't posted anything yet. It has been fun and frustrating but I have learned a bunch. Many times I was inspired buy someones video so I hope that other people may get an idea or two from mine.
